I recently had the honor of being commissioned to make nineteen portraits of iconic female musicians for the Seattle Women’s Chorus to be displayed onstage at Benaroya Hall for their show “Legends of Rock.” I went with a gritty halftone look to flow with the overall style of the songs being performed. The images appeared onstage in black and white, and they’re presented here in a variety of colorways.
